了解自己是件痛苦的事，每一次彻悟都要付出代价。我也是付出代价后才悟出的这个理儿。阅历多了，所谓不惑，是不是就是这个道理。

上面的想法是看了朋友博客思考出来的。写下来，根据经验，我脑子通常处于迷糊状态，只是偶尔冷静一下，吃一块巧克力马上就嘻嘻哈哈，兴奋的开始说不着边际的话。目前状态是吃巧克力后十一个小时二十九分钟。

What is the password policy for my NUSNET account?

All Staff and Student user accounts are subjected to the password policy stipulated below:

• Number of day(s) after which a password must be changed: 180
• Number of day(s) before a password may be changed: 1 (to be interpreted as 24 hours)
• Minimum number of characters in a password: 8
• Number of old passwords that cannot be re-used: 6
• Password must be complex, ie. contain characters from at least 3 of the following 4 groups:
  • English uppercase characters (A through Z);
  • English lowercase characters (a through z);
  • Numerals (0 through 9);
  • Non-alphabetic characters (such as !, $, #, %)
• The password cannot contain your userID or any part of your name.

For the sake of security, everyone is encouraged to change passwords as often as possible. This is to mitigate the possibility of intruders from guessing or hacking our passwords. Since it takes time for hackers to crack/guess passwords, enforcing age limit on passwords and to restrict the use of previous passwords are reasonably sound measures in which we can help ourselves by keeping our password secure and hard to guess.

为了想出符合要求的而且在今后一段时间还能记住的密码，每次得浪费一些脑细胞。而且为了记住密码，得时刻浪费一些脑细胞。^_^

既保证了用户的安全，同时又锻炼了记忆力，一举两得，真得感谢ITCARE的工作人员啊。说真的，他们的办事效率很高而且很专业，确实值得称赞。

军发在签名档里说：研发需要人才，管理需要人才，决策需要人才，执行需要人才。军发问自己是什么类人才？我答复给他，他是研发人才，而且非常有亲和力，可以做某个领域的管理人才。军发回答我说，他现在不想做人才了，只想做个人。军发简单的话好像忽然警醒了我，让我能放下最近纠结于心的些许琐事思考问题，我感觉自己轻松了很多。承认一直以来自己不是一个未雨绸缪，思前想后，做事周全的人。总是把简单的问题想复杂，把复杂的问题想简单。小刚说固执是我最大的问题。

我想我之所以固执，只是在坚持我认为所谓对的原则。虽然我最近也为自己长久以来筑建的原则动摇过，现在看来，只有时间才能给我答案了。我的原则很简单就是即使自己辛苦一点也没关系，只要能换来大家开心就好。我想听到有谁能说服我，我这样的想法是错的。我承认在为大家奔波做事的时候，我也有委屈，也有不开心，也有小小的私心，但是小小的私心也还是想的怎么可以让大家在一起过的更开心。我想如果真要有一个人要做这样的人，真要有一个人需要来承负大家的幽怨，来承担某种风险，我希望那个人是我，不是我的朋友。我相信有付出一定有收获，我现在不就有很多知心的朋友么。

如果说人生是一条河，我想也一定是一条九曲十八弯的河，我不奢求一路走过能留下一片绿洲，只要能润泽沿岸的枝枝蔓蔓我就很满足了。有一天回头张望，可以潇洒的说句再见再扪心无愧了。

现在想想，可能做人才容易，只要努力兴许就能做到，但是做个好人却需要时间需要心。
